When securing a tenant, Realty World Preferred handles all advertising and conducts property showings. Once a rental application is received your property manager will go over the application with you and determine if the application is acceptable. Upon acceptance lease signing and rental deposit receipt will be arranged. If you chose our Lease Only Option the tenant information and property responsibility will be turned back over to you at this time. Selecting our Full Service Management option will allow continued services to be performed. Monthly management includes collecting rent and coordinating repairs that are necessary to maintain the property's value including a 24 hour emergency line. At the end of a lease term a final walk though of the property will be conducted with the appropriate security deposit disbursement.
